Island Time wins a contract with TradeWinds Beach Resort to build an assortment of adirondack chairs made of colorful polywood.  The chairs will be featured in the Guy Harvey Outpost in March 2014.


Guy Harvey Outpost, a TradeWinds Beach Resort, is located on the award-winning white sands of St. Pete Beach.

Island Time contracts with Minto, one of North America’s biggest and most respected builders.  Minto brings over half a century of its award-winning quality, service and design to its newest community, Harbour Isle on Anna Maria Sound.  Island Time will supply Adirondack chairs, benches and swings in this project.  The products will be made of Azek, environmentally friendly PVC based composite lumber.

Island Time celebrates its retail store's successful first year in St Pete Beach.  The first Island Time chair was built over seven years ago and the business has constantly grown year after year.

The city of St Pete Beach recently purchased these Island Time Adirondack chairs for public use.   Mayor Mike Finnerty and First Lady Terri Finnerty are enjoying the view.  Find these chairs next to Paradise Grille in Pass-A-Grille.

The Rose Condo of Indian Shores gets new assortment of Adirondack chairs.  These chairs are made of composite lumber, Trex.  They are are extremely durable and maintenance free.

Island Time opens its first retail location in St. Pete



The store entails a wide variety of unique handcrafted Adirondack style chairs, tables, footstools, and much more.  Other local Artists' work will also be exhibited.  Store hours are Mon - Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Come and visit us anytime.  Store Location: 431 75th Avenue, St. Pete Beach, FL 33706.  Phone: 727-415-0153.

Island Time contracts with the City of St. Pete Beach to build these Adirondack Chairs made of Trex composite lumber.  This material is recycled and maintenance free.


The chairs have been  placed on the Pass-A-Grille Patio area for public use.





April, 2010


Another project is completed on time with Don Cesar Beach Resort - A Loews Hotel.  Ten new heavy duty double Cabanas were installed on the beach in front of this 4-Diamond Luxury Beach Hotel.  The Cabanas were built of pressure treated 1" and 2" thick lumber to ensure durability and use for many years to come.

Pass-A-Grille Way gets a face lift!  Island Time builds these nine planter boxes and planter/ bench combination set as a part of the  21st Avenue beautification project. 


Project sponsors were: Pass-A-Grille Community Association, City of St Pete  Beach,  Vina Del Mar Island Association, Sea Critters and Gennaro's Restaurant.  Pass-A-Grille Fire Department will be watering the plants.

Island Time adopts a part of St. Pete Beach right next to Paradise Grille and in front of Hurricane Seafood Restaurant in Pass-A-Grille Beach.  We will be making sure that this part of the beach is well taken care off.  It's just another piece of Paradise.....

Island Time makes another donation to the Florida Exotic Bird Sanctuary, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing home and care for exotic birds such as Captain.  You can see Captain sitting on his favorite swing on the top left corner of the photo.  We are glad to report that Captain has adjusted well to his new home.  He can fly now in this huge aviary and make as much noise as he and his new buddies want to.  Pat, the owner of this organization takes great care of the birds, she truly is the Birdmother.  You can find their web site at:  Please consider donating to this organization.  Pat works very hard each day to take care of these magnificent creatures.

Montessori by the Sea School in Pass-A-Grille adopts a part of Pass-A-Grille Beach in an effort to keep our beaches clean. 
Island Time donates this bench which all Montessori kids got to leave their mark on.

Island Time partners up with Montessori By the Sea School of Pass-A-Grille to volunteer and plant sea oats along the southern tip of St Pete Beach.  All together 10,000 sea oats were planted in this annual project.

Island Time contracts with Don Cesar - A Loews Hotel to build a Luxury 12' x 12' Tiki Hut.  The project is completed within one month.  The hut will be used as special outdoor dining site.

Island Time has been  accepted to Mainsail Arts Festival in St. Petersburg, Florida.  Mainsail is ranked among the "Top 100" fine art shows in the U.S. by Sunshine Artist Magazine. This prestigious event features 250 top artists across the nation and attracts more than 90,000 visitors.  Markus Lehtovirta will be the only St. Pete Beach resident demonstrating his work at this 33rd annual event taking place on April 19th and 20th, 2008.

Island Time contracts with Don Cesar,  a Four Diamond Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach to build three Outdoor King Size Beds. The beds will  be placed on the beach-front and will include outdoor mattress  and hanging drapes.  Pampered guests will count the stars and enjoy  the breezes of  the Gulf of Mexico in absolute comfort.

Captain is happy to report that Island Time has made a donation to Macaw Landing Foundation in order to help protect wild Macaws' existence in South America.  


As you may be aware, based on the latest statistics, there are only 24 Blue Throated Macaws left in the wild.  This $300 donation will start a building of a nest for Blue Throated Macaws.
